Our firm combines the freedom and empowerment of independent consulting with the practice management and teamwork aspects of a traditional consulting firm.

Model

What drives our firm is the ability to deliver results and make a difference for our clients and our consultants. We are aware that client cultures can impact the success rate of consultants. Given that awareness, we want to know our consultants to ensure a “right fit” for a client engagement.

We hire only a limited number of the best consultants in order to fulfill our clients’ high expectations and maintain their trust in our firm. The limited number of consultants we retain mitigates our firm’s and our clients’ risk of failure because we know our consultant’s capabilities and our client’s challenges along with their culture.

The firm was founded by a career consultant who strongly believes that the best consultants should have the same financial benefit as the firm. Consequently, we provide incentives for superior performance and client retention, favoring the risk/reward model found in independent consulting.

Commitment

The size of our firm provides a unique opportunity for internal mentoring and training, yet it still allows us to provide financial support for the best in external training. Our goal is to allow the best consultants an opportunity to become even better!
