Our Model

We retain a limited number of total consultants and clients.  What drives our firm is the ability to deliver results and make a difference for our clients and consultants.

Given our model, we can only afford to hire a small number of the best consultants in order to fulfill our clients’ high expectations and maintain their trust in us.

The founder of our firm, Karen McIsaac, is a career consultant who strongly believes that the best consultants should have the same financial benefit as the firm. Consequently, we provide our consultants with incentives for superior performance and client retention, favoring the risk/reward model found in independent consulting.

Project Managers, Inc. combines the freedom and empowerment of independent consulting with the practice management and teamwork aspects of a traditional firm. The size of our firm provides a unique opportunity for internal mentoring and training, yet it still allows us to provide financial support for the best in external training.
