Our model is simple – we stand with you.

 

Unlike twenty years ago, most firms today have a high-level of technical competency - templates, methodologies, certifications, etc. What our clients tell us is that credentials are a given. What they want is someone that they can trust, plug into a complex environment and help them achieve both project and business success.   

 

In today’s environment, there isn’t a margin for error. Clients tell us that a project’s success is often dictated by the consultant’s ability to navigate the entire corporate culture quickly. You may have seen it before – a consultant has the credentials and experience, but they do not have the hidden intangible skills that allow them to quickly connect within a corporation. And by the time they do, if ever, the window for success is gone.

 

Our goal is to provide clients with consultants that have the credentials and intangible skills that allow them to quickly and successfully integrate into our clients’ culture.  We do that by keeping our model simple.

 

We are a boutique firm and we will remain a boutique firm. We will not grow beyond our capacity for the managing director to know each client and consultant so well that both trust our ability to ensure the right results.    

 

In the end, we are driven by the ability to deliver for our clients.  We focus on the growth objectives of our clients, not ours. We’re not just any consulting firm.
